Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. We not offer worldwide shipping. 

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your region and shipping method selected at checkout.

Q: Will I receive tracking info?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (if applicable).

Q: Are digital downloads available immediately?
A: Yes! eBooks and digital files are available for instant download after purchase. You’ll also receive a download link by email.

COMMISSIONS & CUSTOM ART

Q: Do you accept custom art commissions?
A: Yes, depending on availability. You can request character designs, comic art, illustrations, or personalized projects. Visit the “Commissions” section for rates and details.

Q: How long does a commission take?
A: Turnaround time varies based on complexity and current workload, but you’ll be given an estimated delivery timeframe before confirming your order.

Q: Can I use the commissioned art for commercial purposes?
A: All commissions are for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased separately. Contact us if you need licensing.

CLASSES & CONSULTATIONS

Q: What kind of classes or sessions do you offer?
A: We offer online classes, creative coaching, portfolio reviews, and storytelling consultations for artists, writers, and creators.

Q: How do I book a session?
A: Visit the “Online Classes” or “Consulting” section and choose the session that fits your needs. You’ll be able to select your time and pay online.

Q: Are the sessions recorded?
A: Sessions are not recorded by default. If you’d like a copy, please request permission ahead of time.

DAS COMICS & EBOOKS

Q: Are your comics available in print?
A: Some are! While many of our comics are available as digital downloads, selected titles are available in physical editions or as collectible prints.

Q: Can I gift a digital eBook to someone else?
A: Not at the moment, but we’re working on a system for gifting. Stay tuned!

Q: Do your eBooks expire?
A: No. Once purchased, your digital files are yours to keep.

Q: Do I need an account to buy something?
A: No, but creating an account allows you to access past downloads and track your orders.

Q: I didn’t receive my confirmation or download email. What do I do?
A: Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we’ll resend your files or order confirmation.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal and other secure online payment options available through our checkout.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All transactions on www.dascomics.com are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways with SSL encryption, which ensures your data is transmitted securely.

Q: Do you store my credit card information?
A: No. DAS COMICS does not store your credit card details. Payments are handled by secure providers like PayPal or Stripe, who process the transaction on our behalf.

Q: Can I pay in a different currency?
A: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or card provider will convert the amount to your local currency automatically, based on their exchange rate.
